The paper tourtière
The must-have Sipaldis range: the paper tourtière. A product of exceptional quality! Thanks to its paper composition, the mold is suitable for baking up to 220°C, microwaving, freezing and deep-freezing.
We offer the widest range of formats and sizes on the market. This means we can adapt to every need.
As well as being suitable for a variety of uses, this range can be deposited directly in the sorting bin after use.
The paper tourtière is designed for easy removal from the mold. Any type of preparation can be made with this mold: thick, semi-thick or with pastry, for example.
Sipaldis can present your recipes directly in the mould to give them a more traditional look!
New formats
For even more generous recipes, Sipaldis has developed three new formats with greater heights:
The height of the mold allows for richer, more gourmet recipes. The pastillage on the bottom guarantees perfectly even baking!
