Sipaldis paper baking pans are the most extensive range on the market, and are perfectly designed to suit all applications, particularly for industrial and traditional pastry-making: baking up to 220°C, freezing, deep-freezing. This range allows you to replace almost all existing aluminium formats. Finally, the wide range of formats offers many possibilities, in particular thanks to microperforations or pastillage solutions on the bottom of the products, thus allowing homogeneous cooking.
